The word “service” has many meanings, all of which depend heavily on the context. We spend a lot of time and effort working on what our services should represent. We want to be an important partner in terms of safety, effectiveness and innovation in packaging for the pharmaceutical and healthcare market. So we have developed two important services with this goal in mind: the Live Stress Check and the Cross-Permeation Simulation. Both help to produce premium quality blister packaging with reduced expenditure, as you can see from our article. In issue no. three of Pharma Impressions, we explained the concept of our Pharma Satellite Plants. In this issue, we introduce you to one of our customers: Casen Recordati. Their requirements are a practical example of day-to-day work that is used to clearly illustrate the benefits of being close to our customers. Finally, we want to provide you with a recap of past events. As planned, this edition of our newsletter coincides with my departure from my position at Constantia Flexibles. I would therefore like to thank everyone at this point for the excellent cooperation over the years, which has given me so much pleasure. Pierre-Henri Bruchon, who has held the position of Senior Vice President Sales Pharma with us since June 2011, will succeed me. I wish him lots of luck and all the best for his work! I also wish us all a merry, relaxing and peaceful Christmas.Walter Ometto Executive Vice President
